Rodden was a casual acquaintance of the victim who had provided alcohol on a previous occasion. Rodden when asked to leave the 28 year old female's apartment,became physical with the victim and gained the victim's compliance after Rodden chocked her. The victim was raped and forced to perform Oral sex on Rodden. After the sexual assault, Rodden beat and kicked the victim several times and forced her to ingest an unknown number of prescription drugs and cough syrup that Rodden had found in the Home. Rodden no longer has any conditions on his Juvenile Sex Offense. Rodden is not on active supervision and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender.. Shall not purchase, own, or possess any firearm, deadly weapon, ammunition or explosive. |
