| Narrative: | On the above date and time, an officer of the Brooksville Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a red Chevrolet Cavalier for defective equipment. The officer then made contact with the driver, Andrew Price. The officer conducted a sweep of the vehicle with his narcotics detecting K-9. The K-9 gave a positive alert and the vehicle was searched. The search revealed two small bags of methamphetamine, (30) individual baggies commonly used to dispense narcotics, a digital scale, a straw used as a scoop commonly used to dispense narcotics, and a Hydrocodone pill. Price was arrested and charged with possession of meth with intent to sell within 1000’ of a church and possession of a controlled substance for the Hydrocodone pill. He was transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is being held on $12000.00 bond. |
