ON 031711, THE DEFENDANT, MS ANITA THOMAS, INTENTIONALLY COMPILED A STACK OF CLOTHING AND OTHER ITEMS WHICH DID NOT BELONG TO HER INSIDE OF THE GARAGE OF HER RESIDENCE. THE DEFENDANT DID LIGHT THE STACK OF CLOTHING ON FIRE. THIS STACK OF CLOTHING WAS WITHIN TWO FEET OF A BOX SPRING AND MATTRESS. THE DEFENDANT THEN LEFT THE SMOKING CHARRED PILE UNATTENDED. THE DEFENDANT WAS THEN ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH ARSON. THE DEFENDANT WAS THEN HANDCUFFED (DOUBLE LOCKED) IN BACK, SECURED IN THE BACK SEAT OF MY PATROL VEHICLE AND TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING. THE DEFENDANT'S BOND WAS SET AT $5,000.00 ACCORDING TO THE BOND SCHEDULE.
