| Narrative: | On 05/19/2012 Brooksville Police Officers responded to a theft complaint at the Wal-Mart Super Center. Investigation found that a Hispanic male had taken two bottles of cologne from a shelf and concealed them on his person and exited the store without paying. When confronted by the Loss Prevention employee, the Hispanic male threw the bottles at the employee and fled. On 06/06/2012 the Hispanic male was identified ANTONIO D. GUTIERREZ, by police photo line-up. The officer completed and processed a warrant for the arrest of ANTONIO D. GUTIERREZ. On 06/09/2012 Brooksville Police Officer’s while on patrol located and arrested ANTONIO D. GUTIERREZ, and transported him to Hernando County Jail where he was charged and held on bond. |
