| Comments: | According to official documents Henry pled guilty on 12/12/1991 in the Skagit County Superior Court to one count of Rape 1st degree and was sentenced to 125 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Henry's kidnapping and rape of an unknown 17 year old female victim. Henry approached the victim asking her for change. She gave him the change and started to walk away. Henry grabbed her from behind placing his hand over her mouth and forced her into his vehicle. He drove her to a secluded area where he raped her. Henry told the victim that he had a gun and could have killed her at any time. He then drove her back to the location where he had abducted her from. She immediately reported the rape. Henry completed both sex offender treatment and substance abuse treatment while in custody. Henry has no conditions at this time other than to register as a sex offender |
