| Details: | Brent Allen JOZEFKOWICZ is a Sexually Violent Predator and has been part of the state's Civil Commitment Program since October 2008. On the evening of August 4, 2015, JOZEFKOWICZ violated his civil commitment requirements by knowingly and intentionally cutting off his ankle monitor and absconding from the Fort Worth Transitional Center Halfway house. In September 1984, JOZEFKOWICZ received a two-year deferred adjudication sentence for Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact for an incident in Wichita County that involved a 14-year-old female. In March 1992, JOZEFKOWICZ received a deferred adjudication sentence for Sexual Assault for an incident in Wichita County that involved a 21-year-old female. He soon after had his probation revoked after violating terms, and subsequently his sentence was enhanced to 16 years in TDCJ prison. On August 5, 2015, the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for JOZEFKOWICZ's arrest for Failure to Comply with Civil Commitment Requirements. JOZEFKOWICZ has ties to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, and to Cotton County in Oklahoma. |
