| Comments: | STENZEL, Carl F. was first convicted of rape in Spokane Washington. He pulled a pocketknife on a 19-year-old female and raped her in the back seat of a car. The victim was not known to Stenzel prior to the rape. Stenzel had flagged the victim over as she was driving down and stated he needed a ride to the hospital to see a friend. Stenzel was convicted of 1st degree rape in 1987 while still on parole for the previous rape in Spokane. The victim was a 23-year-old female who knew Stenzel as an acquaintance. Stenzel threatened the victim with a butcher knife and threatened to cut her throat if she didn't remove all her clothing. Stenzel raped the victim and then escorted her part way home. |
