| Comments: | According to official records, in 1999 CARLOS GARCIA sexually assaulted a newly acquainted 21 year old non-familial female. After a party GARCIA dropped drove to a secluded area with the victim where he attempted to kiss the victim. Ultimately, GARCIA produced a knife, held it to the victim's throat and told her that he would kill her if she continued to resist. When he was finished sexually assaulting her, GARCIA told the victim that he would find her and kill her if she told anyone what had happened. In 1991, GARCIA sexually assaulted a known 26 year old non-familial female. He went driving with the victim, who asked GARCIA to take her home; he refused and the victim got out of the car to walk home. GARCIA drove the car at the victim in an attempt to hit her. GARCIA got out of the car, grabbed the victim, struck her and threw her into the back seat, where he began to sexually assault her. The victim was able to fight GARCIA and was eventually able to escape, taking GARCIA's pants, wallet and keys with her, and reported the crime to the police. GARCIA also has criminal convictions for: Burglary second degree (12/84, 01/82) and assorted misdemeanor alcohol, drug and traffic offenses. Due to his sexual criminal history GARCIA has been classified a LEVEL 3 sex offender. |
