| Details: | During the daytime hours of May 1, 1983, Charles Edwin KLEIN committed oral sodomy and sexual intercourse with an 11-year-old female child in Irving, Texas. He was arrested three days later, at which time he claimed he did not think he had acted improperly. On May 4, 1991, KLEIN exposed his genitals and masturbated while being observed by a 16-year-old boy. When questioned about the incident, he stated that he was in his own shower and did not know the boy was looking through the window. KLEIN was arrested approximately three months later for Indecency with a Child. KLEIN absconded in 2004. KLEIN is currently wanted by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles for Parole Violation (original offense: Indecency with a Child). The Dallas County Sheriffâs Office also issued a warrant for his arrest in October 2007 for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. KLEIN's last known address was in the Dallas, Texas area. |
