| Comments: | Hammond was convicted in Lewis County Juvenile court in 1997 for having sexual contact with a known 5-year old male when he was 14 at the time. Hammond also lived Yakima during this time and sexually assaulted a known 9 year old female. This female was disabled and confined to a wheelchair at the time. Hammond was convicted in Yakima County Juvenile Court for this incident in 1997. As a result of these incidents he was sentenced to 13-16 weeks on each conviction. He was also ordered to undergo sex offender treatment, which he completed. Hammond has other conviction that include Fail to Register as a Sex Offender (2004), Forgery (2007), Identify Theft 1 (2007), Identity Theft 2 (2007), Theft 1 (2007), Financial Fraud (2007), Unlawful Possession of a Firearm (2007) and VUCSA (2007). Hammond was recently released from prison on the recent felonies. Hammond is currently on Washington State Supervision by the Department. Because of his Level II Offender status, Community notification is required. |
