| Narrative: | The Brooksville Police Department Patrol Division reports that a officer made contact with Claude V. Pepper in the area of S. Broad St and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. While talking to Pepper the officer could smell odor of marijuana emitting from his person. Pepper was asked if he had any illegal drugs with him. Pepper stated that he had a marijuana joint in a empty cigarette pack in his pocket. Pepper consent to a search of his person, where the cigarette pack and the joint were located in his front pant's pocket. Pepper was taken into custody for possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and held at the Hernando County jail under a $500.00 bond. |
