(AND) DID UNLAWFULLY HAVE IN HIS ACTUAL OR CONSTRUCTIVE POSSESSION WITH THE INTENT TO USE, OR DID UNLAWFULLY USE, AN OBJECT INTENDED OR DESIGNED FOR USE IN STORING, CONCEALING OR INJECTING, INGESTING, INHALING OR OTHERWISE INTRODUCING INTO THE HUMAN BODY, A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, TO WIT: A BONG, AND A ONE-HITTER, USED FOR SMOKING MARIJUANA, IN VIOLATION OF FLORIDA STATE STATUTES 893.145 AND 893.147(1)(B) On 32212, I observed a white male and white female who appeared to be under age, walking with several suitcases in the Area of Independence hIGHWAY and Forest drIVE. I approached the subjects and identified myself. I asked their ages because they both looked extremely young and I believed they were RUNNING AWAY from home. The female produced aN IDENTIFICATION and the male stated he did NOT have one. He advised he was eighteen. I started to write down the maleâs name and asked him if he had anything illegal on him such as drugs or weapons. He stated he had a bong in his suitcase and a one-hitter in his pocket. He asked if I could pull it out, and I advised him to wait until another unit arrived. At THAT POINT the subject took off running from me north on Independence and then behind some houses out of my sight. I advised dispatch that THE SUBJECT fled and that he stated he had illegal drug PARAPHERNALIA ON his person. Within a short time other units arrived and the subject was located not far away. Once the subject was taken into custody he Lead Deputy Williams to where he had thrown the one-hitter. I THEN SEARCHED THE SUITCASE AND LOCATED, in the OUTSIDE pocket, the Bong that he was talking about EARLIER. I also located another pipe common used for ingesting illegal cannabis with the Bong. The subject was advised that he was being placed under arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting without violence. he was transported to the CITRUS county DETENTION FACILITY by deputy Williams. The female was released on scene. The defendant was held on a combined bond of $1,000.00 Per THE BOND schedule. |
