| Narrative: | The defendant LINDA BURKE was inside the POST OFFICE located at 19101 Cortez Blvd when she got into an argument with another customer. The argument became physical when BURKE began pushing, kicking and hitting the victim with her tote bag. BURKE then exited the POST OFFICE and began walking west towards the Greyhound Bus Station. The incident was observed by a witness who also provided a written statement. Officers made contact with BURKE on Cortez Blvd. BURKE was arrested and transported to the Hernando County Detention Facility without incident. BURKE is being held on a $500 dollar bond. |
