| Comments: | According to official documents, in 2002 subject DAVIS (then 14 years old), sexually assaulted his 18 year old developmentally delayed aunt. The victim suffered from Down Syndrome and according to DAVIS, he thought she would be an easy target because of her condition. DAVIS groomed the victim by giving her candy, money, and toys. DAVIS sexually touched and raped the victim numerous times. DAVIS said he thought he could use the victim to fulfill his sexual needs. DAVIS was found guilty of Rape in the 2nd Degree and was committed to the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration (JRA) for 103 to 129 weeks. DAVIS' criminal history includes convictions for Burglary 1st Degree, Conspiracy to Commit Residential Burglary, Escape 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, Assault 3rd Degree, Assault 4th Degree, Drinking in Public, Criminal Trespass in the 1st Degree (two counts) and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
