| Comments: | On 04/22/09, West was convicted in Lewis County Superior Court on two counts of Child Molestation 1st Degree. This is part of a plea agreement and a third Child Molestation 1st Degree charge was dismissed. In 2008, West was arrested for Child Molestation charges by Centralia Police. The victim was a 7 year old female and known to West who was 20 at the time. West had sexual contact with the victim and paid her $2. During this investigation they learned West had a previous allegation for child molestation in Winlock several years earlier. This victim, at the time, was a known female between 4 and 7 years old and West was between 14 and 17 years old. Once the new victim came forward to Centralia Police, they further investigated molestation allegations by the victim in Winlock. Their investigation lead the Centralia Police Department to arrest West on the above charges.
