| Comments: | According to official documents Ervig was convicted in Snohomish County Superior Court on 01/20/1984 of the crimes of Rape in the 3rd degree and Unlawful Imprisonment and was given a term of 60 months in prison. In this crime Ervig, met his victim at an after hours establishment in Snohomish County. The victim did not have a ride home and accepted because several of her friends knew him. Ervig drove the victim to a dead-end road and stopped. Ervig then sexually assaulted his victim and used force to complete his crime. The victim was able to get away from Ervig when he stopped at a store. Ervig no longer has conditions of his sex offense conviction. Ervig Pled guilty to the crime of Delivery of Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine and was given a term of 31 months in prison on November 6, 2000. He was released in May of 2003. Ervig is no longer on supervision. |
