| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Johnson pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 07/21/2003 to one count of Third Degree Rape. He was sentenced to six months in jail. The victim in this case was an unknown 45 year old female. Johnson and two others accosted the female as she walked alone. The three followed her, taunted her and made sexual remarks and suggestions. They followed her for approximately one hour before she was grabbed and forced into a swampy area where she was sexually assaulted by Johnson. Property was also taken from her purse by the other suspects. Johnson has not participated in sex offender treatment. Johnson was convicted of the crime of Felony Violation of a No Contact Order, Domestic Violence on 2-11-2008 which he had violated two previous times. He was given 22 months in prison for this violation. Johnson was convicted of Failure to Register and was sent to prison on 3-30-2010. He was released on 5-17-2011 and registered as required.
