| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Brewer sexually assaulted a 3-year old male in August of 1996. The 3 year old victim ran out of his apartment with no clothing on and his mother followed him. Brewer told the victims mother that he would watch over the child and get him dressed. About 30 minutes later, the mother came back over to the offenders apartment and found her son only dressed in underwear. After the victim and his mother returned home, the victims mother asked the victim what games he had played with Brewer. The victim stated that Brewer had pulled down his pants and put his mouth on the victims penis. Brewer was charged of Rape of a Child 1st degree and pled guilty on 03-07-97. And was given a term of 48 months in prison and 25 years of community custody with the Department of Corrections and will be supervised out of the Everett Office of the Department of Corrections office 425-356-2800 . His DOC number is 762960. . Brewer will have the following conditions: Do not date women nor form relationships with families who have minor children. Do not frequent areas where minor children are known to congregate. Do not possess pornographic materials. Do not remain overnight in a residence where minor children live or are spending the night. Do not seek employment or volunteer positions which place RSO in contact with or control over minor childre. Follow all conditions as directed by Sunrise Services and the Department of Corrections.
