| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Watkins pled guilty in Whatcom County Superior Court on 01/16/2007 to one count of Indecent Exposure. He was sentenced to nine months in jail served concurrent to the following offense. On the same date Watkins pled guilty to one count of Child Molestation Third Degree. He was sentenced to 60 months in prison. Watkins Indecent Exposure conviction was the result of exposing his penis to an adult female correctional officer while in custody. His conviction for Child Molestation Third Degree was the result of Watkins sexually assaulting the known 14 year old female victim. On 05/17/2001 Watkins pled guilty in Whatcom County Superior Court to three counts of Assault Third Degree with Sexual Motivation. He was sentenced to 25 months in prison. On 12/15/1997 Watkins pled guilty in Whatcom County Superior Court to two counts of Rape of a Child Third Degree. He was sentenced to 41 months in prison. These convictions were the result of Watkins sexually assaulting the two known 14 year old female victims. On 06/20/1995 Watkins pled guilty in Whatcom County Superior Court Juvenile Division to two counts of Assault Fourth Degree with Sexual Motivation. He was sentenced to 20 days detention.
