SUBMITTED BY: HUDGENS, MICHAEL 0059 (AR11123754) DID HAVE AN ACTIVE ALACHUA COUNTY WARRANT, IN REFERENCE TO COURT CASE NUMBER 012011MM4147A, FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR, IN REFERENCE TO THE ORIGINAL CHARGE OF CRIMINAL MISCHIEF GREATER THAN $200.00, IN VIOLATION OF THE FLORIDA STATE STATUTE 843.15(1)(B). ON 120111, CONTACT WAS MADE WITH THE DEFENDANT, MR JAMES WILKINS, IN REFERENCE TO AN ACTIVE ALACHUA COUNTY WARRANT. THE DEFENDANT'S IDENTITY WAS VERIFIED VIA JAIL RECORDS. THE WARRANT WAS CONFIRMED THROUGH THE CITRUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE TELETYPE WITH ALACHUA COUNTY. AT THAT TIME, THE DEFENDANT, WHO WAS ALREADY INCARCERATED FOR UNRELATED CHARGES, WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST AND TURNED OVER TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING. THE DEFENDANT'S BOND WAS SET AT $2,000.00, PER THE WARRANT. AFFIANT HAD NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF THIS CASE.
