| Comments: | According to official documents, Jason Allan Lusk Hutchins pled guilty 01/06/03 in Clark County Superior Court to Rape of a Child 3. He also pled guilty 10/01/09 in Clark County to Indecent Liberties Without Foce - DV. Lusk, age 23, sexually assaulted two victims who he had known only for a breif period of time. Victim 1 reported that she engaged in penile/vaginal intercourse as well as oral saex with Lusk. During that investigation it was learned that Lusk sexually assaulted a sexond 16 year old. Victim 2 reported that Lusk forced her to have sex with him. The assault included digital and penile/vaginal intercourse. Both victims noted that they were afraid of Lusk-Hutchins. The 4th degree assault involved Lusk approaching an unknown female adult in a store. Lusk told the victim that he wanted to have sex with her and reached under her skirt to touch her buttocks. He touched her breast and tried to kiss her but she moved away, Lusk has 4 convictions for Failure to Register. " Probation Conditions Entered |
