| Comments: | According to official documents Spisak pled guilty in King County Superior Court on 05/13/1996 to two counts of Child Molestation First Degree. He was sentenced to 78 months in prison. These convictions were the result of Spisak sexually assaulting the known nine year and ten year old male victims. Spisak attended the same church with the victims, befriended them and took them on outings. These outings included camping out overnight. At different times during different outings both victims were sexually assaulted by Spisak as they slept. In both cases the victims awoke during the sexual assault. The crimes were never reported but Spisak turned himself in, disclosing the sexual assaults. Spisak has admitted to sexually assaulting numerous victims where he was not charged with a crime over a long period of time since he was a teenager. Spisak completed the sex offender treatment program while in prison. Spisak is not on active supervision at this time and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender. |
