| Comments: | According to official documents in 2001 and 2002 JEFFREY COLLINS (age 23) sexually assaulted two minor females ages 7 and 8. The victims are sisters and COLLINS was a friend of the family and babysat for the children on several occasions. COLLINS was ultimately convicted of Rape of a Child 1st Degree on 7/15/2003 in Thurston County Superior Court. In 1992 COLLINS (then 13) was convicted of Attempted Indecent Liberties for having sexual contact with a 3 year old female in a closet at the victim's home. There are case notes of two additional sexual misconduct investigations where COLLINS was not prosecuted. During Sexual deviancy treatment COLLINS admitted to additional illegal sexual misconduct acts that had not been reported to authorities or prosecuted. COLLINS participated in the Sex Offender Treatment program while he was incarcerated. COLLINS is currently under supervision by the Department of Corrections. COLLINS criminal history includes other driving offenses in addition to the above listed sex crimes. Due to COLLINS' sexual criminal history, he has been classified as a LEVEL 3 Sex Offender. |
