| Comments: | In 1994, Jeffrey Wilson was convicted of Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes in Pierce County. According to official file documents, Wilson (age 40) sexually assaulted two unknown minor girls while they were playing in their back yard. In 1985 Wilson was convicted of Criminal Trespass in which he entered an occupied residence and subsequently assaulted two unknown victims at the location. He was arrested with 2 pairs of women''s underwear in his pocket. In 1981Wilson was convicted of Criminal Trespass. Wilson entered the back porch of the victim residence, where he was seen going through the washer and dryer. The family stated some of their daughter''s underwear was missing. The family did not know Wilson. A pair of the underwear was later found in the patrol car that transported Wilson. In 1980 and 1976 Wilson was convicted of Indecent Liberties. Both incidents involved a sexual assault of minor females unknown to Wilson. In 1975 Wilson was convicted of Disorderly Conduct- Annoying an adult female. In 1974 Wilson was convicted of Breach of Peace. Wilson had picked up an unknown female in his car. An altercation subsequently ensued in which Wilson was seen restraining the victim. Wilson''s most recent charge occurred in 2001 when he was arrested for Voyeurism & Drug Conduct. The incident involved an unknown 8 year old girl using a public restroom. As a result of the Recent Overt Act, Wilson was subsequently referred for Civil Commitment as sexually violent predator.
