| Comments: | Hoover was convicted in 1992 of Rape Of A Child In The First Degree and received a 110 month prison sentence. At age 24, Hoover physically and sexually assaulted an 11-year old male neighbor by throwing him to the ground, removing his clothes and sexually assaulting him. Hoover took the victim`s sweater and put it over the victim`s head and eyes and then tied the sweater in a manner so that it kept the victim from seeing. Hoover has a 1986 conviction for Indecent Liberties in Clark County. At age 17, Hoover fondled three male children as he babysat them. The children`s ages were between two and eight.
