| Comments: | According to official documents, in 1976, John C. BENJAMIN abducted a 13 year old boy who was delivering papers. BENJAMIN threatened to shoot the boy and took the victim to an area outside of Seattle where he sexually assaulted the boy by forcing him to engage in mutual masturbation, fellatio and anal intercourse. BENJAMIN was charged with Kidnapping and Rape 2nd degree (two counts) and pled guilty to Rape 2nd degree (two counts) in King County, WA In 1982, BENJAMIN took a 15 year old male acquaintance to a secluded area and pulled out a knife. He ordered the victim to remove his clothes and BENJAMIN put the knife against the victim's groin. BENJAMIN put his mouth on the victim's penis and bit it. BENJAMIN drove the victim to another area where he again threatened the victim with a knife. BENJAMIN raped the victim anally with his penis. BENJAMIN then anally raped the victim with a beer bottle. The victim was able to escape and report the crime to the police. BENJAMIN was originally charged with Rape 1st degree, but ultimately was convicted of Assault 2nd degree in King County, WA. In 1985, BENJAMIN moved in with a couple of three teenage sons. On the second night that he spent with the family, he was left alone with the 13 and 15 year old males. BENJAMIN, wielding a large kitchen knife, got the 13 year old alone in the alone in the basement stairwell and turned off the light. BENJAMIN ordered the victim to remove his pants. The victim screamed for his older brother. BENJAMIN was convicted of Attempted Indecent Liberties in Yakima County, WA. In 1987, BENJAMIN picked up a 17 year old male hitchhiker in Ellensburg, Washington. BENJAMIN provided alcohol and cocaine for the male and they engaged in sexual activity for two day while BENJAMIN drove from Washington to Montana. When the male victim told BENJAMIN that he no longer wanted to continue their relationship, BENJAMIN put the victim in a headlock and held a knife to his stomach. BENJAMIN raped the victim anally with his penis and thumb. BENJAMIN was convicted of Deviant Sexual Conduct in Treasure County, MT. In 2000 BENJAMIN was found to meet the criteria of a sexually violent predator and civilly committed at the Special Commitment Center (SCC) in McNeil Island. This current notification is being done because BENJAMIN has been authorized to leave the Secure Commitment Center (SCC) on McNeil Island and reside at the Secure Community Transition Facility (SCTF) on McNeil Island which has less supervision. Benjamin will be escorted when he leaves his secure housing. Due to BENJAMIN's sexual criminal history he has been classified as a Level 3 sex offender. " Probation Conditions |
