| Comments: | According to official documents, in July of 1992, Isley sexually assaulted a known 13 year-old female. Isley held down the victim and unfastened the victims bra and fondled the victims breasts with his hands and mouth. The victim hit Isley and was able to stop any further assault. Isley was given a term of 52-65 weeks in confinement from Juvenile Court. Isley was convicted of the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance while armed with a deadly weapon, to-wit: a knife on 1-5-2001. He was given a term of 18 months in prison. He is reporting that he is homeless at this time. He is being supervised by the Department of Corrections, Everett Office (425-356-2800). He is required to enter into drug treatment and not to possess or consume any controlled substances without a valid prescription. |
