Upon arrival officer’s made contact with Wal-Mart’s loss prevention personnel who stated the defendant JOHN BURTON WYATT was observed selecting $73.74 of general merchandise and exit the store without paying. JOHN BURTON WYATT was arrested and transported to the Hernando County Detention Facility without incident. WYATT is being held on a $500 dollar bond. |
