| Narrative: | On the above date and time, officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to the wooded area adjacent to 7117 Broad Street in reference to a battery. Upon arrival, officers met with the homeless victim who advised he was in the woods with Jorge Baca when the two started to argue about how their food was being cooked. The argument became physical when Baca struck the victim in the face causing minor injury. Officers met with Baca who made numerous spontaneous utterances in reference to striking the victim. Baca also had blood on his fist. Baca was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail where he was charged with battery. He is being held on $500.00 bond. |
