| Comments: | On March 3rd, 2009, Allen was convicted of Child Molestation 1st Degree in Lewis County Juvenile Court. Allen's conviction was a result of Allen (14 years old at the time) of having sexual contact witn a 3 year old female relative. He was sentenced to serve 104 weeks, but as a part of a plea bargain, he served 30 days then released in order to allow him to enter into Sex Offender Treatment. In May, 2009, Allen was taken back into custody for violating his release conditions by making unwanted, sexual phone calls to a nurse working on a health hotline and his offender treatment was stopped. While in custody, Allen continued to act out and was charged for Indecent Exposure while in custoy in May, 2010. As a result, he was ordered to complete his 104 weeks and received and given an additional 4 weeks for the exposure incident. Upon his release from JRA, Allen was categorized as a Level II Offender. This was based on his continued history of sexually inappropriate behavior. Because of his Level II Offender status, community notification is required. |
