| Narrative: | On the above date and time, officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to 84 Ederington Avenue in reference to a battery. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim who advised she was battered by her husband, Kenneth Padilla. She had injuries to her neck and chest areas which were consistent with her statement. She refused medical attention. Officers attempted to make contact with Padilla but he fled the scene prior to their arrival. A warrant was prepared for his arrest. On 3/11/13 at approximately 2038 hours, officers made contact with Padilla at 84 Ederington Avenue. He was arrested for the warrant and transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is being held without bond. |
