| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Thomas was convicted in Snohomish County Superior Court by jury trial on 10/15/1997 of one count of Theft of a Firearm, One count of Robbery in the First Degree, one count of Indecent Liberties with Forcible Compulsion and one count of Tampering with a Witness. Thomas was sentenced to 102 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Thomas sexually assaulting the known adult female victim. Thomas and his girlfriend answered an ad for a room mate and moved in with the victim under the alias of Keith Jackson. After Thomas had lived there for about a month the victim arrived home and was attacked by Thomas?s girlfriend. Thomas held a gun to the victims head and told her to lie down. The gun was later determined to belong to the victim. The victim was forced into her bedroom where Thomas and his girlfriend tied her to the bed and placed a gag in her mouth. While the victim was tied to the bed Thomas removed her clothing and sexually assaulted her. Thomas was found non-amenable to the sex offender treatment program due to his denial of the offense.
