| Comments: | According to official documents, Jones was convicted of the Crimes of Attempted Rape of a Child in the 2nd Degree, Unlawful Imprisonment with Sexual Motivation and Assault in the 2nd Degree with Sexual Motivation on November 19, 1993. Jones was given a term of 73.5 months in prison. The victim in this case was a 12 year-old female stranger who was walking home in north Seattle when she was approached by Jones who was in his vehicle and asked directions to Northgate Hospital. The victim told Jones that she didn't know, and continued walking. Jones then grabbed the victim by her hair and dragged her into his vehicle. Jones hit the victim several times in the face, choked her and hit her head against the dashboard several times. Jones kept telling the victim that he wanted her to perform a sex act.
