| Comments: | According to official documents, in 2003 subject GEBHARDT, then age 12, sexually assaulted a 12 year old non familial male. GEBHARDT pushed the victim to the ground and attempted to pull down the victim's pants. GEBHARDT put his hand down the victim's pants. The victim punched at GEBHARDT and tried to get away. GEBHARDT pulled down his own pants and tried to further sexually assault the victim, but he victim eventually got away from GEBHARDT. GEBHARDT was found guilty of Indecent Liberties with Forcible Compulsion and sentenced to 52-65 incarceration weeks in a Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration facility. In 2002, GEBHARDT was charged with Rape in the 2nd Degree and five counts of Indecent Liberties regarding a sexual assault against another male. GEBHARDT was in victim's bedroom with the door closed. The victim's mother opened the bedroom door and discovered GEBHARDT sexually assaulting her son. Both were naked and GEBHARDT was on top of the victim.
