| Comments: | According to official documents Powell pled guilty on 11/21/1994 to one count of Child Molestation in the 1st degree. This incident occurred when Powell molested a known 4 year old female. He was playing Nintendo with the victim and another female. He was on the bed with the victim when he fondled her vagina under her clothing. He also licked her vagina and asked her to lick his penis but she refused. Powell was sentenced to 8 to 12 weeks detention at the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. That sentence was suspended and Powell was granted a special sex offender disposition alternative. His SSODA was terminated after 10 months for failure to comply with treatment expectations. Powell completed sex offender treatment and drug and alcohol treatment while serving the JRA sentence.
