| Comments: | According to Official documents, Foxley was convicted of three counts of Rape first degree while armed with a deadly weapon and one count of Attempted Kidnapping 1st degree while armed with a deadly weapon in Snohomish County Superior Court on June 30, 1988. Foxley was given a term of 350 months in prison. The victims in his crimes were 46, 27, 25,17 and 15 years of age. All of his victims were strangers to him. Foxley would park in parking lots beside his victims vehicle and stop victims walking on the sidewalk and make threats with the knife that he had. Foxley also stopped to assist a female who had vehicle trouble and assaulted her. Foxley was also convicted in King County Superior Court of Attempted Rape 1st degree and Kidnapping 1st degree while armed with a deadly weapon. While Foxley was in prison he completed sex offender treatment. Foxley was released from prison on August 26, 2007 after serving his term and lived in King County. Foxley moved to Snohomish County and registered as required. He no longer has any conditions. |
