| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Rollins pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court Juvenile Division on 02/22/1999 to one count of Child Molestation First Degree. He was sentenced to eight to twelve weeks in custody with the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This conviction was the result of Rollins sexually assaulting the known seven year old male victim and five year old female victim. In 2006 Rollins was on supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections. He was sanctioned for having inappropriate sexual contact with a known 14 year old female victim. Rollins participated in sex offender treatment while in custody with JRA and on juvenile parole. Rollins most recent conviction is for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
