| Comments: | According to official documents, in 1996, subject SELBY (then 18 years old) sexually assaulted a 13 year old female. The victim was visiting a family friend and met SELBY. SELBY showed up at the residence where the victim was staying and drove her around until he parked the vehicle and they began to kiss. SELBY had intercourse with victim on four occasions until she returned to her mother's home. When SELBY showed up at the victim's house only days later, the victim's mother told him he could not stay because the mother was leaving. Once the mother left the home, SELBY returned and had intercourse with the 13 year old girl. SELBY was found guilty of Enticement of a Child and Sexual Assault of a Child 2nd Degree. SELBY was initially placed on six years probation. SELBY's probation was later revoked and he was sentenced to six years in prison with mandatory parole. In 2004, SELBY (then 26 years old), was released from custody and on parole when he committed another sexual assault. SELBY sexually assaulted an unknown 15 year old female.
