| Comments: | According to official documents, Baker pled guilty to the crime of Rape of a Child 3rd degree. The victim was a known 12 year -old female. Baker performed both oral and penile intercourse on his victim. Baker was given a term of 20 months in prison. Baker has the following conditions: 1. No contact with the victim. 2. No contact with minor children without the presence of an adult who is knowledgeable of the offense and has been approved by his corrections officer. 3. Not to seek employment or volunteer positions which place Baker in contact or control over minor children. 4. Not to frequent areas where minor children are known to congregate. 5. Not to date women nor form relationships with families who have minor children . 6. Do not remain overnight in a residence where minor children live or are spending the night. 7.
