| Narrative: | Brooksville Police officers were dispatched to Wal-Mart located at 7305 Broad Street reference a woman NAOMI RUTH COX in custody. Upon arrival officer’s made contact with Wal-Mart’s loss prevention personnel who stated the defendant NAOMI RUTH COX was observed concealing $12.34 worth of HAIR CLIPS and a COKE in her purse then exiting the store without paying for the items. NAOMI RUTH COX was arrested. Post arrest 5 blue pills (Diazepam schedule IV narcotic) were discovered inside COX’s purse along with 8 folding knives and 4 cut straws that contained a narcotic residue. COX was transported to the Hernando County Detention Facility without incident. COX is being held on a $5,750 dollar bond. |
