| Narrative: | On the above date and time, an officer of the Brooksville Police Department observed a verbal disturbance at the intersection of Ponce De Leon Blvd and W. Jefferson Street. The officer then made consensual contact with one of the people involved, Nicole Gomez, who was also carrying an open container of alcohol. Gomez consented to a search of her purse which revealed she was in possession of hydromorphone pills and drug paraphernalia to include used syringes. Gomez admitted that she is addicted to the pills and she buys them on the street, and then shoots them up. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail where she is being held on $2,250.00 bond. |
