| Comments: | GUYTON, Oliver James - In 1999, GUYTON was convicted of 3 counts of Child Molestation 3rd Degree. GUYTON (age 15 though 17), over a two year period, sexually assaulted 3 minor child on numerous occasions. The 3 victims were children of a family friend and GUYTON would sexually assault the victims when they were at his residence for visitation. The victims were two males and one female and ranged in ages between 7 and 11 years old. GUYTON would sometimes tie up the victims prior to sexually assaulting them. In 1996, GUYTON (age 16) was convicted of Child Molestation 1st Degree when he sexually assaulted two female victims ages 7 and 12 while living in the same household with the victims. GUYTON pled guilty to one count of Child Molestation 1st Degree for the crimes against these victims. GUYTON has also self-admitted to sexual crimes with other minor-aged victims; however no criminal charges have been filed in these incidents. GUYTON participated in sex offender treatment while incarcerated in the juvenile detention facility. Records also indicate that GUYTON has a history of drug abuse. Due to GUYTON's sexual criminal history, he has been classified as a LEVEL 3 Sex Offender. This allows the Pierce County Sheriff's Department to disclose relevant, necessary, and accurate information to the public at large. This current notification is being done, because GUYTON has recently been released from custody and has moved to an area in Pierce County.
