Bishop was sentenced to a prison term of 80 months. This incident occurred when Bishop fondled a known 11year old female victim. He was reportedly was drunk and entered her bedroom and fondled her breasts over her clothing. He had lived near the victim in a trailer on the property. Bishop was also found guilty by jury trial in the Snohomish County Superior Court on 05/29/1989 for one count of Rape of a Child 1st degree and was sentenced to 51 months in prison. This incident occurred when Bishop sexually assaulted a known 9 year old female victim. Bishop was spending the night with the victim?s family when he entered her bedroom, got into bed with her and fondled her.
