| Comments: | According to official documents, on one evening between 12-92 and 02-93, Ewing sexually molested a 9 year-old known female. Ewing was a friend of the victim's mother's boyfriend. While the victim was doing homework, Ewing approached her and gave her a silver dollar coin. He then asked if she would read her homework to him. Once the victim started reading to Ewing, he placed his hand down her pants and touched the victims privates. Ewing pled guilty to the crime of Child Molestation 1st on March 16, 1995 and was sentenced to 82 months in prison. He was released on 12-04-2001 and has registered as a sex offender as required. Ewing has never been convicted of any other sex crimes in the past, but does have one conviction from July of 1990 for Assault 2nd Degree in which Ewing reports that he had pulled down the pants of a 5 year old female. Ewing refused to participate in sex offender treatment while incarcerated. He has successfully completed inpatient substance abuse treatment, Victim Awareness, and anger/stress management classes while incarcerated. Ewing had 11 major infractions while incarcerated. Ewing no longer is under supervision. |
