| Narrative: | Brooksville Police Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person looking into vehicle in the Hernando Plaza parking lot. Contact was made with ROBERT A. SUGGS who was seen looking into a white Toyota. A wants and warrant check was done. It was found and confirmed that ROBERT A. SUGGS did have an active Hernando County warrant for Grand Larceny. While conducting a search of his person, a blue zippered bag in his pocket did contain a syringe with liquid residue that tested positive as Methamphetamine. In the bag was a metal tin that contained a plastic bag with .3 grams of crystal like substance that tested positive as Methamphetamine. ROBERT A. SUGGS was transported to Hernando County where he was charge and held on bond. |
