RUSH sexually assaulted a 6 year old female step-relative on numerous occasions over a two year period of time. The abuse of the victim began shortly after RUSH established a relationship with the victim's mother. RUSH has been married twice and has a lengthy history of physically assaulting and forcing sexual intercourse on both of these wives. RUSH's criminal record includes a conviction for Driving While Under the Influence. According to file material, RUSH did participate in sex offender treatment during his incarceration.
