| Comments: | According to Official documents, Clark pled guilty on October 27, 2005 to the crime of Rape in the 3rd Degree in Cowlitz County Superior court and was given a term of 60 months in prison. Clark was under community supervision for two counts of Malicious Mischief and he had been released from prison confinement on May 12, 2005. While on supervision on July 26, 2005 Clark, age 27 sexually assaulted an unknown 15 yer old female. Clark was riding around in his vehicle when his passenger recognized a young female neighbor and stopped to talk with her and her friend. The females were invited to meet later. Clark supplied alcohol to both females later in the evening and Clark also stopped to obtain more alcohol. Clark drove in the area of a golf course and stopped. Clark helped the victim out of the car and they began walking. The victim reports that Clark Laid her down and removed her shoes at which time she stated No . Clark pulled the victims pants and underwear down and again the Victim stated No, I don't want to do this. Clark then sexually assaulted the victim. When the police talked to the victim she was very intoxicated and was transported to a local hospital. Clark admitted to police that he engaged in intercourse with the victim and stated that he was intoxicated at the time of the Crime. Clark is no longer on Supervision. |
