| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Husby pled guilty to the crime of rape of a Child in the 3rd degree on July 30, 2009 and was given a term of 26 months in prison. Husby sexually assaulted a known 15 year old female and the victim had become pregnant. CPS was informed and police were contacted. Husby was given a term of 26 months and attended treatment while in prison. In April of 2002 Husby pled guilty to the crime of Child Molestation in the 1st degree in Juvenile Court. Husby was 13 years old and his victim was a known 4 year old female. Husby was given 24 months of supervision and required to attend sex offender treatment. Husby will be on supervision for a period of 36 months with the Everett Office of the Department of Corrections. 425-290-3200. Shakll not enter bars, taverns or lounges. This includes Casinos, Card Rooms and Clubs. Any place where alcohol is the chief commody for sale. Shall have no contact with minors. Shall have no direct or indirect contact with any victim. Shall not enter parks, playgrounds or schools. Shall not form relationships with women or families who have minor aged children without permission of his Community Corrections Officer. Shall not posses or control any item designated or used to entertain, attract or lure children. Shall not possess or peruse pornographic materials. Shall not purchase, own, have in his possession or under his control any firearm or deadly weapon.This also includes every type of gun (BB, Pellet, paintball, etc) Every type of sharpened edge weapons (pocket knifes, throwing stars, arrows, swords Etc). Every type of explosive devices including fireworks. Shall not seek employment or volunteer positions which place him in contact with or control over minor children. Shall not use, possess, purchase or consume alcohol. Shall not use, possess,or consume any controlled substances without a lawfully issued prescription. Shall not work at or be in places frequented by minors. Shall submitted to breathalyzer testing as required. |
