The two of them went to the offender's tent where the victim was sexually assaulted. The following year the victim ran into the offender at the same church retreat and the offender asked the victim if he had a good time last year. The victim assumed the offender was talking to him to try and have sex with him again and the victim did not want this to happen. The victim went and told his mother who reported it to the police.Bottomley did not have enough time to participate in a sex offender treatment program. |
