| Narrative: | Officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to Walmart in reference to two shoplifters in custody. Loss Prevention advised they had observed one defendant select and then rip the tags off a pair of sunglasses while the other was a lookout . The two defendants were then observed passing all points of sale and failing to pay for the item. They were stopped as they attempted to exit the store and brought to the office. The merchandise was recovered and returned to the store. Search incident to arrest resulted in location of a small amount of pills on Connelly and she was charged accordingly. Both defendants were transported to the Hernando County Jail. Connelly is held on $4,250 bond and O' Conner is held on $250 bond. |
